    Sharing your survey

    To share your survey with team members/collegues or share public results you can click on the icon and the Collaboration page will open.

    To share your survey with colleagues or other team members:

    Step 1: Click on the ‘Invite a team member’ button

    Step 2: Enter your team member/colleagues name, email, and any comments. Email is the only required field.

     

    Step 3: Click on the ‘Share with a Colleague’ button

    Step 4: Email will be send to the email you entered and you will be able to see a list of all those that you have shared the survey with:

    Step 5: The team member/colleague will get an email with the survey link.  If they don't already have an Insights account they will be taken through the account creation process and then access the survey you shared.

    To share public results:

    Step 1: Click on the ‘Make results public’ button

    Step 2: Click on the ‘View public results’ button

    Step 3: You will be redirected to a page like this below.  You will be able to copy the URL and share with anyone you wish.

    Step 4: Click on the ‘Configure the public results page’ if you wish to do any actions below

    • Preamble: Add a title for the top of the page
    • Show Excel Download:  Check this box to allow an Excel file to be downloaded
    • Allow comments: Allows others to comment on the results
