To create your new Insights account and create surveys follow these steps:

Step 1: Navigate to: https://insights.purespectrum.com/login 

Step 2: Click on “Create a New Account”

Step 3:  Add your information into each field, all fields are required.      

• Enter your First Name
• Enter your Last Name
• Enter your Email Address
• Enter your Company Name
• Create your Password.
• Checkbox for “I would like to link my Marketplace account.”:
  • Please check the box if you already have a Marketplace account with the email address you’ve entered and they will be linked.
  • If you don’t have a Marketplace account, please let box unchecked and we will create a generic account for you.
• Click on “Create Account”

Step 4: Verify Email

• Navigate to your email
• Open email with subject: “Please verify your email address to activate your PureSpectrum Insights Account” 
• Click on “Verify Email”

 Step 5: Enter your email and password to log into Insights for the first time and click on “LOG IN”

Step 6: Accept terms and conditions.

NOTE: If the checkbox to link your Marketplace account was checked and we couldn’t find that account, you will be directed to the “My Account” page and will see the message below and follow the instructions here. 

Step 7: You are now ready to start creating surveys.
