Quota Grouping
Some projects have multiple quotas to handle and may need additional organization. Quota Grouping is a feature that allows users to group desired quotas together with a custom name. This feature can streamline the quota dashboards for projects with numerous quotas or with a long list of nested quotas, or just allow better quota name alignment overall.
Gaining Access
If you have any issues seeing the feature options below, contact your Account Manager to enable this feature on your account.
Applying Quota Grouping
- In a new survey draft, add the desired quota fields
- Click on “Quota Nesting” in the bottom left
- Select the quota fields you wish to nest or apply groups to
- Note: You can apply quota groups to a singular quota or a nested quota
- Click “Create a Quota Group”
- Select the quotas you wish to group together and click Done
- Name your quota group as desired
- Continue to make groups as necessary
- Save and continue to launch after survey set-up is completed
Note: Quota Groups cannot be changed or removes once the project is live. Make sure to save the project to ensure the latest quota configuration is saved.
- Note in the quota dashboard the desired quota groups
