    Dynamic Reports

    Overview

    Dynamic Reports gives users the ability to customize the output of their reports. They are able to remove columns that might not be relevant to them specifically or simply rearrange them into an order that makes the most sense for their workflow.

    Gaining Access

    Dynamic Reports is a feature that is enabled on an account, even though the customizations that are saved are unique to individual users within that account. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you are having trouble accessing the feature.

    How To Guide

    Reports Tab

        - Click on Gear icon next to Download Report button

        - This opens the Custom Report Modal

    Custom Report Modal

    - Search Bar

            - Search for names of Column Headers

    - Report Column Selection

            - Uncheck Column Headers to remove them from your report

    - Unselected Columns

            - Removed items appear in this section

            - Click the checkbox to add them back to the report

    - Selected Report Columns

            - This section represents all of the selected columns

            - Click to drag and drop them in whatever order you prefer

    - Save or Cancel

            - Click Save to commit your changes and close the modal

            - Click Cancel to ignore your changes and close the modal

    Download Report

    - Reports for all surveys will download in the customized format
