    Templates

    Templates is a platform feature that helps you save time when setting up projects by saving a project’s quotas, targeting, and even suppliers and supplier allocations for you to easily load when making new drafts of a similar project or waves of a tracker.

    Enable Templates Feature:

    If you are unable to see the Templates options described below, ask an Account Manager to enable the feature on your account.

    Note: Make sure to enable the Advance Question and Multi-Country feature when enabling Multi-Country Template

    Create a new Template:

    1. Create a new survey and all all desired qualifications, quotas, and supplier information

    2. To save as new template, click the “Save” button in the bottom left

    3. Click “Save as New Template”

    4. A modal will appear with 2 select boxes. Templates can be named, managed, and added to any desired folders. You may create a new folder as needed in Step 6.

    5. Create a new folder via the New Folder button or use an existing folder reserved to a specific User

    6. Confirm the folder name and select the new folder as desired

    7. Create a new template by clicking the New template button and confirm the name

    8. Save the template and a green message will appear to confirm a successful save

    Create a new Multi Country template:

    1.Login

    2. Create a new Multi Country survey and add any shared qualifications and quotas as desired

    3. Select the countries/localizations you wish to save in a template and click "Save as Draft“

    4. Click “Save as New Template”

    NOTE: “Save as New Template” will not be available until you “Save as Draft” the desired countries/localizations (Step 3)

    5. "Save as Template“ modal will appear with a new option toggle "Save a Multi-Country Template“. Ensure this is switched ON (blue, circle to the right).

    NOTE: The new toggle "Save a Multi-Country Template“ is only available if the survey is a Multi-country project

    6. Fill in the “Save as Template” modal

    7. A green notification will appear confirming template creation was successful.


     

     

    Use/Apply Templates to a Project:

    1. Create a New Survey

    2. Click the Template select box and navigate to your desired template

    3. To make a distinction between a single-country and a multi-country template, the system shows 2 different icons and beside the template name uses the flowing 2 labels:

      SC - Single-Country template

    MC - Multi-Country template

    4. Select the template will be loaded after 5 to 10 seconds depending on the complexity of the template
