    Multi Country - Guide

    The Multi Country feature allows users to create a project draft for multiple countries and localizations all at once with a concise and compact draft. Ultimately, with Multi Country one draft creation process is all that is needed to rapidly create, deploy, and manage projects in multiple countries on the PureSpectrum Marketplace Platform. 

    And now Multi Country is also capable of launching a Grouped Multi Country view where all localizations are viewable and editable from one survey page. Please see “Create a Grouped Multi Country Project” and “Managing a Grouped Multi Country Project”  below.

    Activation of Multi Country: 

    Reach out to your Account Manager or Sales Representative to activate Multi Country in your account. Once it is has been activated all project managers tied to your account will be able to use Multi Country. 
     

    Create a Multi Country Project: 

    1.      Create a new survey
    2.      If the Multi Country is enabled, the “Country” select box will allow multiple checkboxes
    3.  Select all countries that you want to include in your Multi Country Project
    4. Fill the remaining survey setup inputs as normal

        Note: The Completes numbers refers the completes requested for a single survey. For example, if you select four localizations with 1000 completes the total completes for the entire project is 4000 completes.

       

    5. A fly-out window will appear where you can select the desired localizations. Please note that all available languages will be included per country by default.
    6.         Notice the quota qualification section will change and show only the core qualifications that are shared amongst all selected localizations (typically Gender, Age, Device). Setting quotas here and saving will apply those quotas to all locales.
    7. Click the button Save as Draft to save the project. In the “Drafts” tab you will be able to see individual drafts per localization however they will all remain connected.
    8. Once saved, the fly-out window can be used to navigate into individual localization drafts. You can edit each localization with custom qualifications as desired, and changes will be saved once you click into another survey or manually click save.
    9.       Use the Finalize & Launch button to continue to to the final setup page.
    10. Add the survey links. 
      1. If you want to use the same link for all localizations, just click to the checkbox Use same Link to all Surveys
    11. Similarly, by clicking into a specific localization you can customize them individually as desired and even launch one localization at a time if necessary. Note: Greyed out localizations indicate they have already been launched.
    12. By default, the PO number will be different between all surveys, but you can make unique for all locale by clicking Use same Billing number to all Surveys
    13. If you wish to launch all localizations at the same time, simply click the Launch All Surveys button
    14. Once launched you will see all surveys individually on the account dashboard under: [ProjectName] - MC-[Localization]
    15.       You will be able to view a project's Multi Country connected surveys from any one of the localizations survey's Multi Country tab

     

    Create a Grouped Multi Country Project: 

    1.       Create a new survey
    2.       If the Multi Country is enabled, the “Country” select box will allow multiple checkboxes
    3.       Select all countries that you want to include in your Multi Country Project
    4. Fill the remaining survey setup inputs (Completes, Length of Survey, Incidence, Field Time) as normal 

        Note: The Completes numbers refers the completes requested for a single survey. For example, if you select four localizations with 1000 completes the total completes for the entire project is 4000 completes.

       

    5.      A fly-out window will appear where you can select the desired localizations. Please note that all available languages will be included per country by default.
    6.      Notice the quota qualification section will change and show only the core qualifications that are shared amongst all selected localizations (typically Gender, Age, Device). Setting quotas here and saving will apply those quotas to all locales.
    7.      Click the button “Save as Single Survey” to save the project into one Grouped Multi Country project.
    8.      Once saved you can distribute Completes based on locale by clicking “Edit Locale Quota”
    9.       Edit Locale Quota: The below flyout menu will appear. Edit the Complete totals (left column) or Complete percentage (right column) to reach your desired distribution of Completes per localization.
       
    10.       Edit Quotas per Locale: Clicking the specific locales in the right flyout window will allow you to change quotas specifically for that locale as desired.
    11.       Click Finalize and Launch! after saving all desired quotas
    12.       When applying your survey links, note there is a checkbox to use the same link across all locales

     

    Managing a Grouped Multi Country Project: 

    1. After launching the Grouped Multi Country surveys, you will see a survey dashboard very similar to your typical survey with some key differences (Please refer to the screenshot below)
      1.       This dropdown allows the user to view a SPECIFIC LOCALIZATION dashboard in order to launch traffic channels, edit quotas, etc.
      2.       The main dashboard totals reflect data from ALL LOCALIZATIONS to give an overview of the project
      3.  Tabs that are marked blue and with a “.” to the left of the title indicate they reflect a SPECIFIC LOCALIZATION
        1. Here you can launch traffic channels, edit quotas, and more for the given localization
